I've seen a .338WM necked to 9.3mm (366 Alaskan). I would say the Holderlin would provide perfect velocity for the 286 grain Woodleigh PPSN. Well worth building one IMNSHO.

IIRC, that is basically what the old, miscarried 9.5 Musgrave/.375 Musgrave was, a .338 opened up to .375. Musgrave in Bloemfontein advertised it in the '80's but I'm not sure if they ever built one. Now defunct, as is the company. Too bad, they made some nice "sporterized" M98 Mausers for a while, and had their own action, too.

What are the Rosary, the Cross or the Crucifix other than tools to help maintain the fortress of our faith in Jesus Christ, the Son of God?
