As the story line goes "Once upon a time" Australia was allowed to own pump & semi auto shotguns but no more.

In N.S.W. we do have a 'Home Invasion Act' that does give some rights to a home owner that has been invaded by persons unknown and the most surprising point to me was that a Labor Politician enacted it by the name of Bob Carr who are normally anti firearms.

I guess the old adage of 'It is better to be judged by twelve than carried by six' is an apt thought with this discussion.
