Right off the bat, I was able to put my fingers on some .35 Win. loads in Big Bore Rifles and Ctgs., pages 84 and 85.
The data is listed for the .35 Win in a m95.
cast data- 247gr.LYMAN #358318 - 48.0gr. IMR4320 - 2,200fps.

The jacketed data lists:
200gr. - 51.0gr. IMR 3031 - 2,465fps
250gr. - 49.0gr. IMR 3031 - 2,320fps

This next line might have been a typo - note that the last 3 #'s in the velocity are identical, just arranged differently - also note it is the same load as the one above, except 100fps slower. It is possible the only mistake is that the bullet is supposed to be the discontinued 275gr. Hornady or Speer- whichever it was. That makes sense.
250gr. - 49.0gr. IMR3031 - 2,230fps.

Considering the speed load for the cast bullet, is lower in a powder that is slower burning than the jacketed, one might assume this is a reduced pressure load - maybe.

Reducing that load by a full 12% to 15%, and substituting H4895, would give a descent place to start - ie: around 40gr.H4895 with a 250gr. cast or jackted. I'd expect very low speeds, but one needs a chronograph to work them up. I suspect you'd end up around 48.0gr. H4895 - just a guess - but - that's not a place to start.
