Took the New / secondhand 338 out to get amongst some pigs with it. first boar was too quick , but found another about 300m further on, cattle Egrets gave his position away. About a 40m shot with a barnes TTSX 185, both lungs , 30m run and down. Next one was a young boar at about 35m , waited for him to turn head on and head shot him. At the shot there were pigs going every where so i picked out another boar and shot him front on as well. A sow pulled up next to me at around 3m and she got one as well dropping on the spot.
