Yeah, I've done that and more so fitted two double rifles in one single rifle full length case!

I wasn't happy or felt secure about how the case would survive the journey, especially considering the total weight. Also it was a cheapie with non-cheapies inside. It survived unscathed, but won't do that again.

Thanks for that English link. I saw it previously but not the English button to the Top Left. The Italian was not so easy!
