so its possible to weld the parts together without a new heat treatment for the whole action after?

I dont think that the 8x33 kurz is completly useless. its so good on roedeer like any other cartridge in this class. small game like fox is no problem and the cartridge can be loaded to a very high precision.
it seems the little round is also legal on chamois in austria.
