I agree - the .376 Steyr will easily develope the .375H&H's 1912 ballistics, the ballistics that made the .375 magnum famous. My own little .375 Wildcat pretty much duplicates the .376 Steyr. Last fall, I chronographed a BRNO ZKK .375 H&H with some factory 300gr. Silvertip ammo. They produced 2,474fps average, a mere 2 feet per second faster than my little .375/06IMP's 300gr. handloads that were NOT loaded to maximum.

Bonanza, that little Steyr has similar case capacity to the short magnums, btw.
