URGENT - Transporting .450 no2's on a plane

I need some urgent advice on transporting my .450 No2 ammo on plane.

Airline rules demand the ammo be transported in original manufacturers packaging or equivalent - ie caseguards as well.

My problem is I have no "suitable" container for the ammo which is large enough for a .450 calibre shell 3 1/2 inches long plus bullet.

If a suitable container exists I don't have time to order it.

I do have two leather belt pouches which keep the cartridges separated and also a twenty round canvas "culling" belt which has individual loops. I think these keep the ammo just as secure as cardboard boxes but do not fit the letter of the regulations.

Most ammo cardboxes are too short too.

Two solutions I can see if to use a small plastic toolbox and put some styrofoam in it and press each cartridge into it. This will probably pass inspection.

The second idea is merely to put the cartridge belt and the pouches in the toolbox and this will actually keep the cartridges separated better and more secure. But if visibly inspected .... I could argue this logically but it does not fit the letter of the law.

Any other ideas, thoughts or suggestions would be appreciated.

Also what products exist on the market for this purpose if ordered in advance.
