I started sub assembling these from rough machined parts in Dec '92. They had a pile of parts that took a lot of fitting. "A lot" is an understatement. I spent 6-8 months working the metal on these then moved into the stock shop and was the only one stocking these for what seemed like forever. The quality of trigger is very dependent on the quality of the stock inletting. The action flexes with through bolt tension and this changes the trigger weight. Leaving the wood where it's supposed to be is very important.

These make a fine little rifle when done well and a can of worms when not.

Don't remember many action only's that went out with a semi inlet.

If the serial # has an "S" in front of it, that means it was a scrapped action that was sold to an employee. Not very many had shipped before I started there.
