1961 Mannlicher-Schoenauer MCA

I am about to become the proud owner of a 1961 Mannlicher-Schoenauer MCA .30-06 with the 1/2 sporter stock. Somewhere in its life the front and rear sights were removed completely. Where could I obtain original sights and who could install them? I am guessing the rear sight would be the main issue since they went to so much trouble to remove it completely.
