The .470 can give very good case life so long as the brass has reasonable thickness where it counts, just forward of the webb.
Norma brass has pretty well always been thin in that respect.
I'm not sure what case life is like with Hornady and Jamison brass as I haven't used either.
I shoot Bell and Bertram cases and they last for many reloads in my Belgian .470. The Bertram stuff is very thick down at the base end, and I've never seperated any of these in .470.

The other important consideration with case life is how much resizing is being done during reloading.
If the dies are set up properly in the press, and are a fairly good match to your chambers, you should be able to get good case life in the very low pressure .470NE.
