I also shot my Hyena with the 404.
We were waiting for daylight so we could see the big bugger and when he came into view he was only 50 yards away. He turned away from me and towards the bait at a trot.
I hit him where the sun doesn't shine and it exited his neck.I was lucky not to smash his jaw up which in the heat of the moment I didn't think of.

When we were taking photo's one of the boy's spotted were the bullet struck the ground after passing through the Hyena.I dug dowm and found the Hydro 3' into the mound of dirt.
