No idea on age of the nest. Found it last year, but I got the impression it was an old nest. Will ask the landowner the next time I'm out there-I plan to take him copies of the best shots since it's "his" nest. They raised at least one baby last year. I saw that one late in the season, may heve been the only one or the older young had possibly left by then. This year, there are at least two babies-here's a shot showing those two.

The second nest did produce two young that survived long enough to fly away last year, I learned of the nest just as they were leaving.
