Cogswell and Harrison made both plain, low priced guns and some fantastic high grade stuff. I agree with Huvius - some of their high grade guns are very nice. Coggies did find places in some of the best armories in India during the Raj era. It wuld depend on the particular gun and the particular buyer, I guess.
