Initial barrel convergence setup

while planning the monoblock for my double barrel whitetail rifle i questioned whether the barrel bores should be machined parallel or at a convergence angle and if so what should the angle be for a cartridge with a volicity of app.2500 fps[7-30 waters].Ellis Brown seemed to bore them parallel then pinch them in about .080inch.He then began his regulation process.Your experienced or carefully considered opinions are appreciated.
