Sorry, then. I was thinking of Ed Rayle or Bob Hoyte. It might not be a bad idea to contact them anyway to see what steel they use. You'll want 4140 for a smokeless barrel.

I don't have Ed Rayle's number.
Bob Hoyte is known to produce any contour you want.
Ed is well known for his great shooting 16 bore rifle barrels, but they are for muzzleloading only, I think - not sure. He reams them to .675", which is actually 15 bore (.677") so a person can use a .662" Lyman ball, with patch.
