Have been getting 2" to 3" groups from sticks and less than an inch from the bench.

Is the accuracy from sticks OK?

That's great! IMO, the bench is to see what the rifle, and load can do, the sticks are to see what YOU can do with a rest, and OFF HAND is to see what you can do in a pinch! It is true, the range where you can keep all shots on a 6" plate with hunting possitions, is your outer limit, and will bring capes to the salt!
