IMHO

If it is a gun you are building to enjoy shooting and have a lot of fun with a big bore then do not go full .577 NE. It will not be plesant to shoot, awsome yes, a joy no.
It will be horrible to regulate especially if it ends up light for caliber (which it proberbly will) and could make you quite gun shy by the end of the process.
