The reason I asked about the British proofs is that the rear scope base appears to be of British design. It's safe to say it's not German. Now you can narrow your search in that direction. Be patient regarding the Lyman 35, one will show up. The factory spec on the Type B LOP = 14.4" Good luck with the search.
