I'm also trying Varget. 80gr did shoot about 7" apart. Will bump it up also.

Curl,

I have the 560 lead solids regulated with 68gr. of IMR4189. I'm using felt wads as you suggested.

Regarding the Woodleigh 650 softnose, I want it to shoot well enough to hit the kill zone with confidence thus providing me with the option of a premium bonded bullet.

I can send you 4 if you would like to try them. They are the correct thin jacket BPE projectiles.
