John Ah Kits a bloody idiot. I wouldnt trust him to sit on the toilet seat the right way.

Marrakai makes a nice stir fry. Breast your goose, slice it into stir fry sizes. Dust liberally in Hot Cajun seasoning. Stir Fry and use as finger food entree with a few beers before the main.

Goose Stroganoff is good. Like beef Stroganoff but goose on a bed of rice.

Frosty makes a good goose curry using a slow cooker on a bed of rice. Good stuff.

Most whitefellas breast them. 90% of the meat is in the breast. Blackfellas seem to pluck them. It either needs to be cooked real fast (like Marrakais stir fry) or real slow (like Frostys slow cooked curry).
