The Hicks Accurizer in my #1, a .300 H&H, works great.

I tightened the screw to start with, as per the instructions, and then tightened it a bit more to see if groups shrunk with the Federal factory load. They did - from about 1.75" to MOA @ 100yds. That setting hasn't change since then, meaning the screw hasn't shot loose from recoil or barrel vibration.
