Ray, I have a .470 practice load for you

470 nitro express
55.0 grains XMP5744 powder
F215 primer
Barnes 300 grain flat point brass pistol bullet

Regulates perfectly at 100 yards with a chapuis .470. Recoil is non-existent. POI is 2" high at that distance with that rifle.

Perhaps worth a try in your double...
