François Dannaud told me last week that Uganda wasn't ripe for hunting.
It seems that there is only one outfitter who has to deal with every aspects of having many hunters in the field.
It results that most of the time the outfitter-PH-guide has his cell phone stuck on his ear and little time to guide or supervise.
If the monopole is abolished Uganda would be a sexy destination
