I simply have to paste these superb german articles about the 8x64s. U could say it is a 30-06 on steroids.

All the testemonials tells the same story. It is a well balanced cartige and it is very close to the wildcat, 8mm-06. However, the 8x64s is usually loaded to higher preasures i europe.

My apologies to all of u who isn´t able to understand these articles. Hopefully someone will translate them someday.
There has also been some written in the swedish forum, robsoft. The loads developed there deliveres impressing velocities if u are in to that. The loads has mainly been developed in Brno ZG-47.
