The .358 will double up as a buff rifle with suitable bullets so I would take that.

.358 Win Mag? or .338 Win Mag?

Either will do the job for both plains game and buffalo in an emergency (neither is probably legal though).

I wouldn't take a .257 unless aiming to specialise in small antelope.
