Savage 99 makeover

Fellas,

I know this is off topic for many: the Savage 99. (but historically it has slain a few big ones)
I have a post WW1 (1925) take down with factory new T/D 250 barrel but missing the pistol grip stock and fore-end. Suggestions on a refurb (incl new rear sight) restock and QD scope mounts in the Fraser style most welcome. (No I don't want to use Stith mounts, integral bases with Talley rings are the preferred option.)
