Comparison Between Two Rounds Marrakai Uses?

I know that the 450/400 NE in 3" or 3 1/4"

can be readily used on elephant by a safari

client. I am wondering, if using a 577 Black

Powder Express, [or similar .585 round like

Marrakai's 20 Bore/577] with various bullet

weights, what the biggest baddest animal to

be pursued ought to be? Hopefully Marrakai

and others with experience with this round

and the 450/400 will jump in here.
