What a bummer! Sorry to hear about the disappointment in having a new rifle you've had home for an entire 5 minutes end up not being right! The crushing blow would be difficult to bear I can imagine. I've beent thru the agonizing "wait" for that new rifle to be shipped and arrive, but luckily I've never been met with that kind of disappointment.

I'm sure Winchester will hustle it back to you Priority Shipping after making it right. Let us know how it goes?
