There is also a threat of naturally occuring antrax. It concentrates in the thick neck muscles under the armoured skin. No meat above the shoulder should be taken for consumption.
By the way. We have had some great ribs, chops, sausage and steaks from this one and the one my son shot the same day.
It was a great hunt. Lot's of excitement.
