You show pretty sound reasoning on your choices. Of the 2 you mentioned I would go for the Capstick because I am more familiar with it. Also from time to time Graf's and Midway has brass for it. Right now Midway shows some in stock but it is mega pricey. Neither one shows any 495 brass in stock.
