Three Barrel Gun Company

I'm looking at one of these, whatever they are. Its a boxlock, American Made(???) 12X12X32-40. The gun appears to be in good shape with fluid steel barrels. I'm not a handloader, is the rifle ammo still avail? Thanks for any information that can be provided.
