Yes it is! Too bad, here in the US, the .318 is such an anomaly. My Tolley double is in the hands of bouldersmith right now for a tune-up and I can't wait to get it back and ready for action. This will probably be my elk gun this year. Few people appreciate just how capable the .318 is for N. American game.
Of course I will reload simply because factory ammo (even if it did regulate) is WAY overpriced. This is unfortunate since it can be made from '06 brass, so any company could produce a run of .318WR fairly easily and inexpensively. Would be nice to see the many .318 bolt guns out in use too.
