$4 each is between 0.016% and $0.028% of an elephant trophy fee in Zimbabwe. At that price and assuming you kill your elephant with a single brain shot, you could fire between 361 and 624 practice shots and it would still be less than 10% of your trophy fee. Not sure what else you might want to use them for, but looked at from this perspective they don't seem that bad...
