field trail spaniels, that should steer you clear of anything not hunting related. we use them alot here for the pheasant and rough shooting.

the FTs job is working under the gun(within 30 yards) and they do it wery good.

ah yes

lots of field trained springers about here so there's a good chance there

i will be going out with a friends pack of hound spaniel cross dogs so it will give me some more knowledge
