Life size DG targets

Does anybody know if there are any of these for sale anywhere? I'm looking for buff, lion, anything really.

A VW might be a little expensive as a substitute for a buffalo, but it would be downright cheap for a lion substitue these days

Creating the target is reasonably easy as you use
some of the photos on the net and get them printed
at high resolution and large.

It's the cost of printing that kills the thing as they are
expensive to print.

target practice on Volkswagen is very common but I recommand bigger bore's for this:

How about you guys pay my way for a Big 5 safari and I will have them all full mounted then you can shoot at them. What better target could you want. I will await the wire transfer for the cost of the trip. Just don't keep me waiting too long.

You can buy them for about SAR12-00 (about US$2) per target from our local hunting assosiation. (Buffalo about 3/4 size, lion close to full size, and leopard full size. Elephant and rhino not available yet.) want some sent over?

I used to have the email address of someone in your hunting club who sold me several of the buff targets for a double rifle shoot several years ago. I am afraid I have lost the email!

I will try and get an estimate from the Post office tommorrow morning. Then I will post cost on say 10? of each, and anyone interseted can contact me and I will forward it. Unfortunately, I am not home often, so after this first "shipment", it might take some time before I can do something like this again.

Here are the prices as given to me by the printers:
To USA: by air by ship
5 targets (21.72) (14.66)
10 targets (29.66) (16.72)
20 targets (45.34) (20.69)
30 targets (61.21) (24.48)
This is for posting only, and is aproxxemate. I used a exchange rate of R5.80 vs the US$. The targets sell for about US$2 each (R12-00). If interested, send me a email on karl@huntingsafaris.net , with order of how many of each (lion, buffalo and leopard are available), and I can send you details for payments. Hope it helps.
