Change is prices at Searcy?

Gentlepeople:

I recall reading in a previous post that after January 1, 2005 Butch was going to raise his prices. I just checked out his website and it appears that the website is still at pre-January 1 prices.

I'm looking at the .577 Boxlock--listed on the site at $18,000.00. Does anyone know what Butch riased this price to? (if at all?)

he did list PH at $11000.00for 577 ,maybe this is now $18000 which counts me out, 11 yes, 18 no,

About 4 years ago I believe the .577 was $11K, but things change as time goes by. Also, Butch changed his gun design a bit and upgraded the aesthetic features, which pushed prices a little higher as well. Nonetheless, he still charges much less than any other maker for a .577.

Butch raised the price of his higher grade boxlock to $15,000 because he added both an articulated trigger and intercepting sears.
