Do they both belong in the same boat?

Not sure what his story is..but he seems to be taking LOTS of trophy size animals no matter where he goes...at the very least seems to have an unusual amount of time to go hunting all over the planet..was thinking of sending him my resume as personal gun bearer..

Yes well that Stag had a name !

"How many days did it take to score that beast? Congrats! 528 is insane"

I presume he means to measure it up for SCI, as shooting it would not have taken long after the maize went down!

"LOL! What a stud!"

Yes most likely was a top breeding Stag !

Looks like he shot the Buffalo 127 SCI with a New Zealander Scott Thomson & I would think at Mary River Game Park, by the Banteng & Deer he killed on the same trip ?

It would be a Bullock not a Bull, this is a Bull that is castrated at a young age (some times not so young) to grow bigger horns & body.

When I worked for the Buffalo abbattoirs, shooting Buff out on the plains, on my day off I shot a 120+DS Bullock that looked like it had its balls torn off, I would say by a Dingo, so could happen in the wild & I have seen 3 others over the years that I belive were Bullocks, all of them escaped or I didn't have a hunter with me .

I would agree Sarg. Long pointed horns with no visible wear. I like the heavy set, worn horns of an animal with balls.

Yes Sarg it reeks of the "wealthy type of heads",what is almost as bad are those that will gush over his facebook page or elsewhere that the cheque book brigade do their gushing and not seeing the real truth in such animals.

The red stag is an abomination that only manipulation can achieve!

Like those real cape buffalo with horns low around their jowls or just stumps remaining compared to those 'high set' perfect 45 inchers that just happen to pop up in SA every time.

I actually typed "is it a steer?" re the buffalo trophy then decided it to delete and just ask for details instead.
