How does this twist work for 232-320 gr bullets?

Yes. My 9.3x62 has that twist and shoots all weights accurately from the Norma 232 Vulcan to the 320 Woodleigh.

At 'probably' somwhat lower velocities, my M46 Husky 14" twist 9.3x57 shoots 225gr. through to 300gr. into 1" or less at 100 meters off a single bag(rest).

The 9.3x62 became a famous killer of African game, dangerous and otherwise, using a solid or soft point round nosed bullet of 286gr. weight. They were driven at a mere 2,175fps MV up until about 1925 or so. Those speeds are easily aquired with safe handloads in a 9.3x57 M46 (M94/96 action)using not only 286gr. but also 300gr. bullets.
