How is this price?

Although I haven't reserved all the money yet, I'm looking to buy a 375 H&H. I'd prefer the Ruger RSM, but have found a local Winchester Model 70, safari grade. It is an SCI 25th year commerative, unfired, for $800. What do you guys think?
