Just got home with the Ritterbusch Double.. It's a very nice piece.. Great balance, looks and it's 98% ..Was well taken care of..
And if that's not enough I draw DS137 tag for Dall Sheep in AK for "06".. One in a Million.. That's the kind of Day I'm having..

AK

Is it the 458 that was on the internet? I looked very nice if it is. Congrats on the sheep!

500 Grains

The Ritterbusch is the one that Griffin and Howe had for sale..It's .458 Win. with 25" tubes,Fleurs De Lys chequering, front ramp 1 standing w/2 leaves.. It's proofed with 510 grain bullets.. Ejectors.. The target which came with it has both tubes firing 1 1/2 inch group in the 10 ring with Federal Pemium 500gr ammo..
The leaves say 100 and 150 not sure if thats meters or yards..
Great wood, Good balance.. Like Merkel..
It's not a Nitro chambering but I felt for my first Double it's a good pick.. It's Sound and won't need to go to JJ for opinion.. Maybe as Mic has said 450 3 1/4 one day..

akrange, I saw the pics of that rifle when G&H had it for sale and it looked extremely nice. Let us know how it shoots.
