Foresights, Can you see the light

Do any members use the High Visibility Type foresights on their big bore rifles?
The ones I'm talking about are the fibre optic type.

They are supposed to work well in low light conditions and also still be visible in strong sunlight.

If anyone has experience with these, I'd like to know.....

1...Do they work well in BOTH poor and bright light conditions?

2...What diameter fibre optic bead do you use/prefer?

3...What colour fibre optic bead do you use/prefer?

4...What type of rearsight is best when using a fibre optic foresight?
