Can anyone tell me if a rifle (single shot), chambered in .375 H&H Magnum, can be rechambered in .375 Mag Flanged? The same question regarding 300 Win Mag to 30 Super Flanged. Does anyone have any experience with either of these projects? Thanks.
Doug.

No on both counts. the existing cartridge is bigger than the one you would like to go to. Maybe a rebarrel?

mickey is right, but depending on the gun, condition and a host of other variables, it may be possible to set the barrel back (by shortening the shank and re-threading a portion of it) and get the flanged chambering from the existing belted chamber. Without knowing what you want to rechamber (and what it's worth) I'd suggest you take it to a gunsmith for evaluation of your options.
In the single-shot this would probably require a new forend or at least some forend work... agian, weigh the value of what you've got against the value of the results you want.

The flanged reamer won't clean up a rimless chamber, so yeah, you'd have to set the barrel back. Both flanged shells are longer than the rimless versions. Best to just re-barrel. ----------------------------------------------------------
