Who ever buys this rifle, will have the time of his life with it. I just love a SAKO. Unfortunely I allready have a SAKO in 375

I agree with you - they are great rifles. How do you cope with the fact they are pushfeed? A lot of forum members both here and on other forums castigate pushfeeds in DG calibers. Just curious and not trying to start any forum arguements.

I agree with the propheteers of double rifles on DG. But if you can't afford a double ( they are S**T expensive in RSA) you get used to a bolt action. The biggest problem is if you short cycle it, then you have #####. What I like about the Sako is the smoothness of the action, I can reload much faster with my 375 than with any of my other rifles, all becouse of the smoothness of the action. In my opinion it is one of the finests guns. The only criticism one can have against a Sako is that it is a very light rifle, so the recoil is a little bit harder, but you get used to it and whenever you shoot at a animal you do not remember the recoil.
