Trigger adjusting screw
      #390083 - 02/03/25 02:15 AM

Hello all, I think I know the answer already but, the adjustment screw located between the triggers is for the weight of pull for the set trigger. Does it have any influence on the trigger when unset? The trigger on my MCA when unset is at least 12 pounds and before I did any adjusting, thought I would ask.

Zackly - it is only for setting up the "hair" trigger's weight and in some lower quality locks, also effects the front trigger's travel before "going off".
This, for double set, double throw triggers.

Thanks fellows, that's what I figured. My trigger pull gage only goes to 4 and a half pounds and the unset trigger won't trip at that but, when set is fine at 8 ounces.
