Not bad looking, with the exception of that (ugh) rubber recoil pad, but it is described in the ad as being 'Made 1922'.
According to all I've ever read the Sequoia, introduced as Model of 1924, was the first MS with the longer action built to accommodate the .30-'06 and later as the 'high velocity' or 'M1925' of various calibers.
Not only that, but photo #4 shows the 'postwar' style bolt release button, and is that a 'tang safety'?
Nice engraving, though, and a dandy MS if a bit pricey.

I would suggest that the recoil pad has been fitted since manufacture. From what I understand that type of bolt release was used from the 1924 model onwards. The tang safety may have been fitted afterwards, this was quite common. I was actually just trying to show a niece looking MS in 30-06 with tasteful engraving and nicely made scope rings and bases.

It is that, indeed.
