Is anybody else having trouble with the forum speed. I am finding it very slow on two different computers in different locations. All other forums and websites work fine, only this one is very slow to load.

Seems slow in the northern hemsphere also. For the last few days anyway.

Yep I too have noticed this site is slow to load the site and also and when loading different threads, both on my home and work computers. All other web traffic is it's usual fast speed for me.

I reckon it has got even worse this evening, it took me five attempts to log on and even then it is super slow, even when loading different threads. John needs to log on and see for himself, however he seems very busy at the moment.

I got the mid-level high speed at 50 mb per sec. which allows my wife to stream on wyfi without any slowdown on my computer. This site is faster this morning, but has been slow for me for quite a while. None of the other forums I frequent had this problem. It really is a pain when most others load almost instantly.
It is a LOT faster this morning, 17 Dec. @ 07:32.

Seems Ok to me at the moment.
Will see if an re-indexing etc of the database will help for those which find it slow.
May be ISP server related ???

It has been much better starting last night.
Didn't change anything here, it just started to work like it always did.
