Does anyone have photo's of the then newly introduced Model 1950 Mannlicher Schoenauer without the ebony forarm tip and side safety?I'd like to see the difference between "flat-top butterknife straight bolt handle"on the 1950 and the "low butterknife straight" bolt handle on the 1950 improved.

Two photos of a Mannlicher – Schoenauer M1950 action. The 1950 still retained the clip guides of the pre-WW2 M-Sch models. So the bolt handle had to rise high to clear these protusions.

Forgot to mention: The M1950 does not have the blind sideplate on the left side of the receiver, intended for side mounting a scope. BTW, some funny thing happened at the Steyr factory from time to time: My own “Magnum” action in 6.5x68 was proofed in 1957. Though it is obviously a post-1952 action with side safety, sideplate and without clip guides, it is marked “Mod.1950”!
