Brownell's sells a product called GunKote which is a Teflon containing spray and bake gunfinish. Black T is, I gather, the same product. A friend brought a can to Australia and I used it on some knives and other gear and found it to be excellent, even on gear used for salt water fishing and diving. I now want some more for various purposes, including finishing a stainless Ruger 77 so it doesn't advertise my presence.

Brownell's won't ship aerosols or inflamable products to Australia (or anywhere else outside the Nth Am continent).

Does anyone know if anyone in Oz has these (or similar) products?

The mob who import HS Precision rifles and Nightforce scopes are doing a teflon coating. I've seen a sample of it and it was a nice colour and texture but I don't know how it will wear. Hope this helps.
