Kynoch ammo
      #13941 - 25/04/04 01:44 PM

Is anyone looking for Kynoch ammo? I do not know if it is scarce or not but I came across some at a gun show today and there was some Express calibres. Anyone interested can look in the classified section under LH Custom 404 to get numbers and e-mail of the guy selling it. By the way, I have no links to this stuff, just being a nice Canadian.

Do you know if it wa the old Kynoch or the new stuff? Was it at the show in Burnaby?

If by old you mean the 1920's then I do not think it was, but if I had to guess I would say 1960-70's. I did not take that close a look but I'm sure an e-mail to the guy would clear this up. For next time, what do I look for? Yes this was at the gun show in Burnaby and I must say the organizers of the event dropped the ball by not having any gov't verifiers there to complete transactions. If anyone went there on Saturday, I was the red head on crutches with the green cast.

I wasn't there but I do try and pick up the odd box of the original stuff now and then. I will email him, thanks for the info.

Doesn't the new stuff use the name Kynocho or Kynoco or something like that...Kynoch in the old yellow/red boxes is quite expensive...

BTWI have about 6 boxes of Kynoch 10.75x68 (the old stuff) for sale if anyone is interrested...
